The characteristics of the raw material are critical to achieving an effective and durable tool.
However, it is the manufacturing process of the blade that, if properly executed in all its steps, will either be able to preserve the initial qualities of the raw material in the finished product, or if not, cause its partial or complete loss.
Toothing of the blades
Our blades are toothed through CNC grinding in a wet environment, which, unlike laser, does not cause thermal shock to the material, thus avoiding altering its mechanical properties
It is also possible to avoid the formation of burrs near the slot of the tooth, which are responsible for the tearing of the paper during production
